Smith is a writer and poet based out of South Texas. He currently has six releases: "Natural Things: poems", "Absence: poems", "New Things: collection", "On the Line: a romance story", "The Disappearance of Cassandra Pruitt", a supernatural thriller, and his newest novel, "Heritage", a supernatural thriller/horror. He is also working on a new poetry collection, working title "Mother", tba release date.

"The Disappearance of Cassandra Pruitt" is a new book by author Branson M. Smith. It's a supernatural thriller about a family that moves into a house in a small town, but the house isn't as sweet as they thought. After Jenny finds a mysterious old diary, she becomes ill and falls under supernatural influences. Joanne, her twin sister, must unravel the mystery of the diary that belonged to a girl who disappeared four years ago before it's too late--and Jenny's soul is lost forever.

Branson M. Smith is featured in Gilbert and Hall Press' poetry anthology "Alchemy and Miracles". It's his first publication. It features five of his poems. It is out now on Amazon!

Smith is also published on Mayspublishing.com. They feature his short story "The Reunion".
